Isabella Venezia

Major: Cognitive Science & Computer Science (dual major)

While looking around for majors, I was so torn between doing something with psychology, something with neurology, or something with tech. Then, I saw the RPI cognitive science course. It helped me decide my major and my school in one swoop! After graduation, I want to work with language learning apps and AI surrounding them to make language access easier for the whole world.

Major: Cognitive Science and Computer Science

I chose to dual major in Computer Science and Cognitive Science due to my interest in the intersection of these disciplines. The convergence of human cognition and artificial intelligence. Looking ahead, I want to contribute to development in brain-machine interfaces and advanced machine learning algorithms.

Major: Philosophy and Biology

Minor: Music

I chose biology and philosophy because it's the culmination of the human experience. Our brains are built from biology, but understanding ourselves with science and bettering our lives requires deep philosophical thought. After graduation, I am pursuing either a PhD in molecular biology/genetics or medical school, and I hope to bring my background in ethics with me wherever I go.

Zisi Blades

Major: PSYS and Business and Management

I’m really interested in human behavior and love solving problems. At the beginning of my freshman year, I intended to major in Business and Management and minor in Psychological Science. I ended up enjoying my psychology courses so much that I decided to double major. After graduation plan to work in consulting and go to graduate school. I hope to apply the knowledge I gain and my passion for problem solving to help organizations overcome obstacles and remove inefficiencies.
