Biography
My research interest formed during my undergraduate studies, where I learned about the systemic origins of war and the challenges policymakers face when dealing with uncertainty, shifting incentives, and incomplete information. I began to explore using analog games informed by historical research to model these dynamics, and was fascinated by the academic and educational possibilities of such work. That led me to the Critical Game Design program at RPI.

In addition to my academic research, I have published the historical board game Peace 1905: The End of the Russo Japanese War and work on numerous other designs in my spare time.
