Biography: I did my undergraduate work at Indiana University Southeast where I received a bachelor's degree in computer science and an associates degree in mathematics. I received a master's degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I am now pursuing an interdisciplinary PhD in cognitive science under Professor Mei Si and acoustics under Professor Jonas Braasch. My research involves teaching artificial intelligence how to hear and my research areas of interest are artificial intelligence, sensing and perception, machine hearing, and machine learning.
