June 19
Frear Park
This Arch Summer outdoors event, which is from 10am to 2pm on June 19, is open to students of all majors, staff and faculty. We will be planting native wildflower plants in the native plant gardens in beautiful Frear Park, which is at the north end of 15th St, just 2 miles north from RPI campus. This will be followed by a walk on the nature trails in Frear Park, which have been largely developed and maintained by RPI students over the years. Tools, gloves, lunch, and water will be provided. Students must register on Handshake to join the field trip. Carpooling is recommended. Contact bram@rpi.edu if you need assistance coordinating transportation.
Meet at the entrance to Frear Park (intersection of 15th St and Frear Park Rd).
