Experience the excitement of the RPI Symphony Orchestra as current students and alumni reunite for a special open rehearsal under the direction of Dr. Robert Whalen. This unique side-by-side event honors the alumni whose continued commitment and musicianship have helped shape the Orchestra's tradition of excellence while offering a behind-the-scenes look at preparations for its 154th season. The ensemble will rehearse highlights including Brahms's Academic Festival Overture, Saint-Saëns's Danse Bacchanale, and excerpts from Stravinsky's The Firebird.
