Much like the traveling landscape artist, in this work I notate and record the sounds of these large sonorous objects in a variety of auditory conditions.

Soldadera presents a variety of projects inspired by the women who fought during the Mexican Revolution (1910-20). Soldadera was originally curated by Jennifer Doyle, Professor of English at the University of California Riverside for Vincent Prince Art Museum.
