Becky is a video game developer specializing in direction, cinematics, and animation.  After studying animation and film at Rochester Institute of Technology, she joined the video game industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. She worked as a tester at Sony before joining Telltale Games to make choice-based adventure games as a Cinematic Artist. She would continue on at Telltale for the next seven years, becoming a Lead Cinematic Artist, then joining the leadership team as a Cinematic Department Supervisor, and later the Studio Manager of Cinematics. As supervisor, she was tasked with creating a training program for the cinematics role to drastically increase the size of the department  and the output of the company. Also while supervising she began directing episodes on seasons of Minecraft Story Mode and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. It was in her leadership duties that Becky discovered her love for mentoring.

Her current interests are indie game development, creating a less toxic gaming culture, and podcasting.
