Our EMAC graduates have careers across the spectrum in multimedia design. The interdisciplinary curriculum provides a strong background in communication, art, design, music, and technology that prepares them for creative positions in

In addition to my day job [as a web developer], I also got an MFA after Rensselaer and continue to produce electronic art. My work at Rensselaer and my relationships with professors and other students were crucial in getting me into and succeeding in grad school.

Professional Experience
I have been working for several years as a web developer.  While not directly connected to my concentration, the experience in school of writing programs for computer music certainly helped me along the way.
