Did you know that HASS wood and metal shop supervisor Abraham Ferraro is headlining his own show at the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University?  “Abraham Ferraro: New Directions ↗ Going Up” runs through January 12, 2026, and features Ferraro’s signature mailable sculptures as well as a monumental sculpture that invites visitors to interact directly, humorously challenging the mythology of artistic creation.

The three-part show blends autobiographical storytelling with playful, interactive installations—using humor, irony, and sarcasm to unpack the labor of making art. Plus, see works from CAM’s collection, featuring Warhol, Lichtenstein, and Gold, that establish a dialogue between Ferraro’s contemporary practice and his artistic influences.
